We’re hiring!

 We are opening a full postdoctoral position in MEMCRIS: Displacement and (Post)Secular Memory. MEMCRIS investigates how societies in Poland, Serbia and Greece draw on memories  of past displacement in the context of contemporary migration and refuge. We are looking for a researcher with a Phd who is fluent in Greek and English  excited about museum research and motivated to study how societies respond to contemporary challenges.You will study museums, memorials, and religious institutions, and become a fully integrated member of a vibrant, transnational team led by Joanna Wawrzyniak (UW) and Kateřina Králová (Charles University, Prague). The project is co-funded by the National Science Centre (Poland) and the Czech Science Foundation (GAČR).
