Zainteresowania naukowe
Naukowo zajmuję się prawami człowieka w obszarach, obejmujących równość i niedyskryminację, przemoc ze względu na płeć, intersekcjonalność i wrażliwość, szczególnie w kontekście działań Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych, Organizacji Państw Amerykańskich i Rady Europy. Publikowałam na ten w czasopismach, takich jak Feminist Legal Studies, Human Rights Law Review i International Journal of Constitutional Law. Zanim dołączyłam do Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, pracowałem na kilku uniwersytetach, w tym w Yale (USA), Gandawie (Belgia) i Sheffield Hallam (Wielka Brytania). Byłam członkinią Międzyamerykańskiej Komisji Praw Człowieka i brałam udział w różnych wystąpieniach i interwencjach osób trzecich przed Komisją CEDAW i Europejskim Trybunałem Praw Człowieka. Byłam stypendystką wizytującą w Emory Law School, Melbourne Law School, a ostatnio w CEU Democracy Institute.
