Grant-awarding entity: MNiSW

MNiSW

ABSTRACT

The aim of the study is to provide up-to-date, in-depth, and reliable insights into how Polish and Ukrainian young people perceive one another – their stereotypes, prejudices, experiences of discrimination, as well as the barriers to and facilitators of relationship-building – in both Poland and Ukraine.

This knowledge will help identify the factors that facilitate or hinder the integration of the two groups, as well as deepen understanding of the barriers to participation in youth cooperation initiatives.

The research will support the development of recommendations for actions that promote mutual understanding. The main output will be a report presenting detailed findings and recommendations, which can be used by educational institutions, youth organisations, and public bodies. In the longer term, the data collected will also contribute to academic publications
