International Students
As an ERASMUS+ incoming student you may choose freely from the list of courses offered by WS UW. Detailed description and syllabus of each course can be found in USOS System. If you have a difficulty accessing the system, please contact exchange coordinator.
International Relations Office at the University of Warsaw provides all the useful information about practicalities, such as academic year, accommodation, living costs, public transport, health insurance, visas, mentor programme, money and Wi-Fi access.

Polish courses
Erasmus students can learn Polish free of charge at POLONICUM – Centre of Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners at the University of Warsaw.

USOS System
Most of the administrative issues you can (and you will be expected) to carry with a help of USOS Web, which is an official on-line system of the University of Warsaw. You will get your login from exchange coordinator Tomasz Rawski trawski@is.uw.edu.pl
Learning Agreement
In order to have your Learning Agreement signed, you can either send it to exchange coordinator: trawski@is.uw.edu.pl or visit him during office hours.

Registration to courses
Please send an email to exchange coordinator: trawski@is.uw.edu.pl with the list of courses and your K-number. Your request will be passed to the USOS System administrator.
Exams and Transcript of Records
Exams take place in the two weeks after the end of semester. The dates of exams are announced by the lecturers. Grades are registered in USOS System. Please check if you are properly registered to courses you attended. You may extract your grades directly from USOS System.
